QUESTION: is it true that pugs are prone to a lot of sickness or injuries? i am planning to buy a dog and i want a pug but when i’ve read some articles in the internet about it and some said that it was disease-prone and injury-prone.how i wish that those werent true because i really want a pug.
ANSWER: Deerhound was on the right track – do some research and talk to folks in the field who really know their animals.I grew up with a black Pug. We had him for 14 years. He was chipper but not hyper well mannered and was a very healthy dog.I was very fond of that dog I still love Pugs and would recommend them as a good pet choice.
