QUESTION: I love everything about pugs. They’re cute wrinkly and adorable. However they shed quite a bit. Is there such a breed of a Pug cross-breed that doesn’t shed but keeps the majority of its features?
ANSWER: Even if you breed a non-shedding dog to a pug about half the pups will shed like pugs. You can’t just pick and choose what characteristics puppies will inherit. And in fact you could get a whole litter that looks *nothing* like the pug parent. Luck of the draw.If you like pugs so much get a pug and learn to live with the shedding.
