QUESTION: Where should i go to find a pug puppy in my area? I am interested in a pure bred pug puppy for my sister who lost hers to old age. Thanks helpful feedback only.
ANSWER: I know you will probably see/ hear this a lot but I would definitely check petfinder.com . Just because you adopt and not ‘buy’ doesn’t mean the dog is always non-pure. Who knows maybe someone had a pure pug but could take care of them. The only difference is with adopting a dog you technically pay less since they are up to date on shots and are fixed. And if there is no luck to find your perfect pug then I would visit some of your local small buisness since they all ways seem to have a puppy. If you do that dont ‘meet up’ at a local spot. Ask to see the mom and the dad. 9 times out of 10 if the person you’re buying the dog from doesn’t sell the dog at their house or let you see the parents it spells out puppy mill
